When Ellen finally landed in Sydney for her much hyped visit, the Sydney Loves Ellen fan bus was filled up and ready to track down Ellen for a once in a lifetime glimpse of the star.

Launched from the front of the MCA in Circular Quay by Destination NSW CEO - Sandra Chipchase, 80 lucky guests and media boarded an open top double decker city bus, complete with cheerleaders, special Ellen chants, and supplies to last a full day of dedicated Ellen tracking.

The growing Circular Quay crowd were treated to Ellen inspired jaffles and 'Sydney Loves Ellen' giveaways.

...and yes there were even a few very close encounters and some extremely excited fans on the bus!
